Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager for our Global Analytics & Insights (A&I) Commercial Partnering team, reporting directly to the Head of A&I LEGO Retail. This role will partner with our Retail Leadership Team and own the EMEA cross functional commercial partnerships across a diverse group of internal partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with our LEGO Retail Leadership and EMEA cross functional leadership to integrate data-driven insights into daily decision-making and ensure consistent commercial narratives are shared across Markets & Channels.
  • Analyse large data sets (including big data analytics and data science) to uncover insights related to products, channels, customers, shoppers, and members, driving informed business strategies.
  • Lead regular business reviews, focusing on clear and accessible communication of business performance and key data insights
  • Support and strengthen the data and insights capabilities across EMEA, sharing knowledge and crafting meaningful opportunities for the team and the business to grow together.
  • Support and socialise key business reports that enable efficient and effective decision-making, ensuring performance storylines are clear and actionable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and eCommerce) to ensure that insights are translated into strategic actions that drive commercial impact.
  • Measure and report on key success indicators, ensuring the team’s work is aligned with commercial goals that have a positive impact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team as well as other Insights partners to systematise processes and recurring insights generation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven record using commercial analytics to drive business impact and tell clear data stories either in an international FMCG or Retailer (Consultancy or Market Research experience will also be considered but with relevant international FMCG/ Retailer partnership exposure).
  • Skilled at turning complex data into clear and impactful insights with an ability to influence global, cross-functional collaborators at all levels.
  • Proficient in Databricks, SQL, and Power BI; able to customise dashboards for business needs as well as an authority in Excel for ad-hoc analysis and non-standard data challenges.
  • Highly organised, focused, and dependable operator used to a fast-paced and changing environment, collaborative and organised that drives end-to-end processes convincing others to align and follow.
  • Dedication to our hybrid working policy of 3 days per week working from the office, 2 days from home.
