We’re looking for a Range Planning Manager who will shape the product mix offered to the millions of shoppers who visit LEGO Retail Brand Stores across Europe. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable to deliver our commercial and shopper goals through a data driven and highly collaborative range planning process. As part of or Global Retail Planning, Merchandising, and In-stock team, you will support our end-to-end process and system transformation journey, playing a key role to deliver an optimised digital assortment and space planning process and system implementation.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position. The role will be based from either Billund or Copenhagen full time.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Regional Range Planning: Own the end-to-end range planning process for LEGO Brand Retail Stores across Europe, aligning with the global merchandising schedule and ensuring assortments deliver strong SKU and space efficiency.
Assortment Development & Optimisation: Build and maintain monthly/seasonal assortment modules by theme and category, using sales and forecasting data to decide which products and how much space each theme receives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Category Management, Retail Planning, Space Planning, and VM/Store Operations teams to align on launch plans, portfolio curation, and campaign priorities.
Data Accuracy & Systems Management: Reconcile all assortments against planograms and ensure accurate downstream data flow; provide listing depth prioritisation to support data-driven macro space planning and facilitate range change implementation across markets.
Process & Tool Transformation: Champion the transition from manual Excel-based range planning to LEGO’s new Assortment Management Tool, managing dual processes during rollout and driving adoption through effective change management.
Commercial & Performance Focus: Drive profitability, margin, and productivity of in-store ranges by applying commercial insight, and supporting ongoing transformation to deliver efficient, consumer-centric assortments across Europe.
Do you have what it takes
Range & Assortment Planning: Experience building and optimising retail assortments using planograms and SKU productivity data.
Commercial & Analytical Insight: Strong data skills to interpret sales, forecasting, and space planning for profitable, shopper-led decisions.
Retail Supply Chain & Merchandising: Knowledge of forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and core merchandising processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to align and influence category, space, and retail teams across regions.
Systems & Transformation: Hands-on with assortment or space planning tools; comfortable driving process and digital tool adoption.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
