Job Description

Bring your interest for working with quality requirements, founded in consumer perceived quality and your great collaboration skills to the table, to help shape one of the most important tools in The LEGO Group for quality requirement setting and management!

Core Responsibilities

  • Take lead in quality cases related to model and building experiences.
  • Be the driver of reporting and presentation materials, building the storylines of quality cases and learning scenarios towards key stakeholders across The LEGO Group.
  • Based in the consumer experience you will secure risk identification across the product portfolio and support with registration and mitigation of these.
  • Support development of platforms e.g materials, decorations and colors – and bridge consumer expectations towards the quality levels of these.
  • Explore new ways of using data sources to learn more about the consumers and their expectations towards our quality and the LEGO experience.

We are Consumer Perceived Quality. Our purpose is to be the “Voice of the Consumer”. We listen to and monitor consumer complaints and report quality problems to the business.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience in business related field.
  • Capabilities in data and analysis methods and root cause analysis, especially in PowerBI
  • Demonstrated report building/presentations of quality cases/product development cases leading to business decisions.
  • Translation from Critical to Consumer findings/insights formulated to a new Quality requirement to be documented in our quality standards.
  • Phenomenal collaboration skills and communication skills – Both written and verbal.
  • Graphical skills that will support the reporting and presentation of quality messages to the business and confident in presenting these to an audience.

It would be beneficial to have:

  • Curiosity around consumer goods and consumer experiences, and consumers perception of product value and quality
  • Confident to engage with teams and stakeholders around the organization.
  • Open and curious personality.
  • Self driven and able to structure your own workday.
  • Previous experience working in the LEGO Design Organization will be a benefit, but is not a must.

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
