Join our Global LEGO Retail Category Management & Promotions team in Billund and play a pivotal role in bringing global promotions to life across LEGO.com and LEGO Retail stores worldwide.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where precision really matters. You’ll take ownership of setting up promotions in our tech platform, ensuring data accuracy, resolving issues, and safeguarding flawless go-lives. At the same time, you’ll bring fresh eyes to our processes, challenging, improving, and identifying opportunities to automate and streamline the way we work.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Core Responsibilities
Own the setup and go-live of global promotions in the promotions engine (Talen.One) across LEGO.com and Retail stores, ensuring accurate, timely execution in line with promotional plans.
Quality assure live promotions, proactively identifying and resolving issues to safeguard execution quality and shopper experience.
Translate promotional plans into operational reality, partnering with Promotions Managers to flag risks, system limitations, and readiness gaps early.
Manage end-to-end GWP (Gift With Purchase) inventory visibility, tracking stock status, risks, allocations, and coordinating cross-functional follow-ups to protect on-time availability.
Maintain promotional planners, trackers, and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate documentation, operational transparency, and execution readiness across teams.
Drive GWP activation readiness, including creative asset coordination (imagery, copy, content) and licensed order-to-delivery tracking to ensure smooth end-to-end launch.
Do you have what it takes
Experience in retail, eCommerce or operational environments, ideally with exposure to promotions execution or operations management.
Strong execution discipline and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality set-up, QA and reliable go-live delivery.
Process-driven and highly organised, able to manage structured data, trackers and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills, capable of monitoring performance metrics, spotting risks early, and ideally using dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborative and proactive team player, confident working cross-functionally and comfortable contributing to shopper-facing content and creative coordination.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
