Job Description

Help shape the magic of LEGO®! As Promotions Operations Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end operationalisation of our promotions engine across regions and channels, ensuring plans translate into accurate, high-quality execution. From governing Gift with Purchase (GWP) inventory and driving launch readiness, to building visibility tools and embedding smarter, automated ways of working, you’ll be the engine behind seamless delivery and a single source of truth for senior collaborators worldwide.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be 26th March 2026.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead global promotions go-live – Ensure accurate, on-time setup and QA of all promotions across regions and channels.

  • Align plans with system capability – Bridge Promotions planning and engine functionality, proactively resolving risks before launch.

  • Own GWP inventory governance – Drive end-to-end visibility, tracking and risk management from production to channel readiness.

  • Create a single source of truth – Deliver clear dashboards, reporting and in-year promotional updates for promotional planning and execution purposes.

  • Drive operational excellence & automation – Improve processes, embed scalable ways of working, and lead change across the promotions ecosystem.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment and influence – Build strong partnerships across Promotions, Operations, Planning and Finance, using data and credibility to drive decisions and ensure execution excellence.

Do you have what it takes

  • End-to-end operational delivery experience – Proven track record managing complex processes across multiple internal teams, ideally within retail, operations, supply chain ops or distribution.

  • Governance & risk management approach – Strong ability and experience in highlighting execution risks early, implement controls, and ensure accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery.

  • Change & process improvement capability – Experience driving transformation, embedding scalable ways of working, and taking others on a change journey.

  • Data & reporting proficiency – Comfortable working with dashboards and BI tools (e.g., Power BI), partnering with data teams to develop visibility and a single source of truth.

  • Stakeholder influence & gravitas – Confident communicator who can challenge constructively, align cross-functional teams, and engage senior leaders with clarity and credibility.

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
