Job Description

Help build on and maintain the LEGO Group’s status as a trusted leader in social responsibility and as a leader in children’s rights, safety and wellbeing.

This position will report to the Head of Child Rights and Safety and be instrumental in supporting our strategic commitment to building digital spaces that support children's rights, safety and wellbeing.

Please note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position. The level of the role is Manager Specialist (individual contributor).

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management activities across Social Responsibility initiatives (including our Children in a Digital Age and One Social Impact strategies), with a focus on child rights and safety; maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership visibility. 

  • Own core project management tasks across digital child safety, digital empowerment and other areas of the Social Responsibility portfolio. 

  • Manage and own relationships with core stakeholders across the LEGO Group, our ecosystem and external partners.  

  • Drive and support key budgetary and reporting tasks across the Child Rights and Safety team and the wider Social Responsibility Team.

The Child Rights and Safety team sets the strategic direction for the LEGO Group’s work in supporting children’s rights, safety and wellbeing offline as well as online.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage projects across a range of topic areas in digital contexts, with competing deadlines and complex stakeholder groups.

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for projects. 

  • Self-starter and result-oriented with experience in contributing to quantitative KPI tracking and management.

  • Experience working for a global brand or organization with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Skills in facilitating cross-functional alignment, knowledge sharing, and learning between teams.

  • You’re an independent solution seeker and great teammate with a can-do and pragmatic attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and where required, make decisions quickly.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a requirement.
