Job Description

Join a vibrant team at the forefront of innovation! As a Project Manager, coordinate facility projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth financial planning and control. Collaborate with project stream owners and internal/external partners, fostering accountability and alignment to drive initiatives forward. Tackle technical and resource challenges, addressing issues that affect scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget!

Core Responsibilities

  • Project manager E2E of facility projects including financial planning and control
  • Project coordination with project stream owners and internal/external stakeholders, and effectively communication to them
  • Alignment and ability to hold project team members accountable to meet assigned tasks and responsibilities within a given role as required to execute the initiative
  • Identification and escalation of Technical and Resource roadblocks, issues and/or risks that impact scope, results, timeline and/or budget
  • Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently
  • Ability to manage external vendor partners, where applicable, including contracts, project plans, results, and budget
  • Supports continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Project Management Team

You will join the Facility Management Billund team, in a dynamic, inclusive, and diverse environment. We are one of seven local facility departments in the Workplace Solutions and Operations global organization. We play a vital part in delivering stable operations to the factory and the administrative buildings at our headquarters in Billund

As part of Workplace Solutions and Operations, Facility Management BLL has an operational support function for the site in Billund. The main scope of responsibilities consists of both Hard services, Integrated Facility Management (CBRE contract) and execution of local Projects. Within Hard services the major focus is on maintenance and operation of all technologies supporting production and offices. The scope of local projects consists upgrade of existing offices and upgrade of existing technologies ensuring the best conditions for employees in BLL.

Do you have what it takes

The ideal candidate has a handful of years experience as project manager, and it would be beneficial to also have an education as Engineer (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar) and a practical background.

Moreover, they come with:

  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience as an overall project manager of projects.
  • Experience from working in international/multinational companies.
  • Strong sense for collaboration, communication and stakeholder management
  • Result oriented and customer focused
  • Strong will to learn

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
