Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, execution and implementation of a strategical important project about Processing; Equipment Platform Asset Management.

  • Lead the technical aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources

  • Ensure a program roadmap is in place and understood by stakeholders

  • Manage the technical team’s workflow, prioritizing tasks, and solve problems as they arise

  • Define project goals, milestones, and results specific to the technical needs of the project

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, communicate with technical partners to ensure alignment with requirements and expectations, and obtain agreement

  • Manage risks and troubleshoot technical challenges and responsible for proactive progress in risk mitigation

  • Provide status updates to higher management

Platform Governance is a part of an area called ‘Global Production Foundation’ that are responsible for standardization and safeguarding of global Processing equipment and processes, securing right performance, use and functions in a global setup, needed for producing new LEGO Bricks with speed, effectiveness and efficiency. The function is a global central function supporting global production sites.

The role as Project Manager for Processing asset management is to lead the program establishing structure, tools and processes to manage our processing assets globally.

This role includes cooperating with R&D Processing department heads, Engineers, finance- IT-, and procurement functions as well as global manufacturing sites.

The Platform Governance department team consist of 8 highly dedicated Engineers and specialist located in Billund, Denmark, Kladno, Czech Republic and Nyíregyháza, Hungary.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experiences within program or project management within production / supply chain value chain

  • Understanding of production and equipment management systems and principles.

  • Experiences within equipment asset management solutions

  • Experiences with production maintenance systems, tools and processes
