As we are speeding up innovation and providing an exciting LEGO Experience, we are moving to digital-first for everything we do.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team to make an immediate impact by building and improving technology products and features that will enable our Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions faster, and to improve the security and regulatory compliance of our systems.

Our Identity Initiative is a strategic priority that underpins the digital success of the LEGO Group. Positioned at the heart of our organization, the team delivers essential services across the entire company, currently supporting hundreds of teams.

The team provides a suite of core identity capabilities, including Identity Governance and Access (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC). By supporting a diverse range of product teams, we ensure their identity and policy controls are not only efficient but also aligned with both regulatory standards and the internal requirements of the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and maintain substantial knowledge of the customer desires and difficulties, as well as various regulatory compliance requirements

  • Be the chief customer evangelist and carry the ‘customer flag’ up high in all partner engagements

  • Articulate clear value of investments and collect evidence of value delivered

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer during product discovery and prototype development

  • Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with internal and external partners.

  • Key player for success in our Identity, Roles and Authorization Initiatives.

  • Managing partner expectations and alignment on priorities

  • Run various ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks.

  • Create awareness of product value through internal marketing

  • Ensure a proper risk assessment on usability/viability/feasibility/value risks

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within identity and access management (IAM) domains.

  • Hands-on experience with identity management frameworks, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).

  • Fundamental understanding of regulatory and commercial requirements impacting identity management, such as Competition Law, GDPR, NIS2, and Confidentiality Compliance.

  • Strong partner management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various organizational levels.

  • A passion for developing solutions that effectively address the needs and challenges of internal partners.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
