Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. Relocation support is not provided for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Shape product vision and direction, clearly communicating objectives and goals, and set OKRs to measure success.
Define and manage the product roadmap for BrickLink marketplace buyers to ensure value and growth.
Analyze user needs and business strategies to create problem statements together with the product team.
Drive backlog development, collaborating with engineering and design to prioritize according to objectives and key results.
Lead relevant agile ceremonies and support daily team activities, addressing questions and removing obstacles.
Own product lifecycle from development to release and ongoing iterations.
Collaborate with supporting teams for seamless integration into LEGO's digital ecosystem, including finance and compliance teams.
Align strategies with other Product Managers, the Product Leader, and internal partners.

Join the LEGO® Grown-Ups Engagement Product Management team to enhance BrickLink, focusing on providing buyers with a seamless experience. Collaborate with the Irvine, California team responsible for BrickLink Sellers to ensure a cohesive experience.
We aim to build a seasoned team as part of our transformation into a product-led organization. We're therefore seeking an experienced Product Manager to operate strategically and tactically, ensuring a high-quality experience for our incredible adult audiences.
As a Product Manager, you will co-lead the team to prioritize, coordinate, and manage development, aligning with user value and overall product strategy for grown-ups trading bricks, all while delivering the highest user value.
Do you have what it takes?
Passion for e-commerce and a desire to have fun at work.
Capacity to balance and clearly communicate priorities.
Confidence to relentlessly drive clarity, translating business strategy into clear, impactful outcomes through discovery and experimentation.
Experience in multiple parts of the digital product lifecycle, knowing when it is right to move forward or stop.
Agile collaborator, who is comfortable working and communicating successfully with various partners across the organization.
Data-informed and results-oriented approach with expertise in translating user needs into successful outcomes.
Enthusiasm for developing products in a constantly evolving, sometimes ambiguous, landscape.
Ability to clarify complex problems and/or opportunities and convey benefits and limitations of technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audience.
Experience engaging senior collaborators and securing alignment across various levels, up to VP.
Experience in developing C2C or B2C marketplace platforms, payment solutions, or tax engines.
