Core Responsibilities

Wanted: A Product Manager Who Can Turn Complex Change Into a Smooth Process

  • Own the Change Management Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for LEGO’s change management solution within the PELM program, ensuring changes are governed and executed reliably across the global chain.

  • Bridge Physical & Digital: Work with engineers and designers to ensure change processes account for both digital product data and the physical constraints, keeping downstream production teams unblocked.

  • Streamline the Change Process: Identify bottlenecks in how changes are initiated, reviewed, approved, and implemented, and build solutions that reduce friction without sacrificing rigour.

  • Champion the User Voice: Conduct feedback sessions to identify development process friction points and translate them into actionable features.

  • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure robust and scalable data structure for elements across the global chain.

  • Lead Your Product Team: Guide a dedicated cross-functional product team to deliver incremental improvements to the change management platform, working within the broader PELM program structure.

  • Partner Synthesis: Balance Design, Operations, and Quality need to align the product roadmap with the LEGO Group goals.

  • Future-Proofing Development: Integrate emerging technologies like Digital Twins and AI-driven simulation into the workflow.

As a key member of our Innovation Enablement product management organization, you will sit at the intersection of imagination and technology. Reporting directly to the PELM) Product Director, you’ll join a collaborative team of Product Managers dedicated to the PELM journey. Your mission is to ensure our digital tools are as intuitive and modular as the bricks themselves.

You won't be building in a vacuum; you will work hand-in-hand with our partners in Digital Engineering and Design to translate play concepts into scalable tech elements. In this role, we prioritize agility and value, moving quickly to prototype and refine the platforms that empower our designers to create the groundbreaking physical + digital play experiences that define the future of The LEGO Group.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Strategic Product Management: Proven experience in defining product vision and strategy in complex environments, aligning direction with business growth targets and actionable plans.

  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing products from discovery to optimization within large-scale ecosystems, covering both upstream and downstream processes.

  • Partner Management & Executive Influence: Ability to engage senior leaders, build trust, drive alignment, and manage priorities in complex environments.

  • Road Mapping & Outcome-Driven Delivery (objectives and key results): Skilled in defining roadmaps linked to measurable outcomes, setting and tracking objectives and key results for transparency and strategic delivery.

  • Digital Transformation & Change Management: Experience in modernizing practices, introducing structured product methods, and scalable governance without hindering progress.

  • Discovery-Led & User-Centric Development: Hands-on experience in continuous discovery, experimentation, usability research, and translating insights into prioritized backlog items.
