Core Responsibilities

As Product Leader, Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for a portfolio of digital products, including those that support critical processes in Financial Planning, ESG reporting, External Reporting & Consolidation. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing product vision and strategy that inspires stakeholders and product teams, improves the product portfolio, and delights customers.
  • Developing the annual portfolio objectives and key results that help the division focus on strategic priorities, in alignment with the wider LEGO Group.
  • Creating an environment for product teams to do the best work of their careers, developing a user-centric culture of discovery and experimentation to create opportunities that improve experiences for our customers.
  • Leading stakeholders through change, and handling difficult conversations with professionalism, always supporting your case with insight and data.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Corporate Finance, Systems, Analytics, and Insights team, responsible for the accuracy and quality of all finance and non-finance data across the CFO organization, while driving our agenda to be more digital and data-driven by defining, crafting, and implementing the agreed digital priorities.

This is a highly visible role within the team and will make you a central piece of our digital transformation across the CFO Org.

Do you have what it takes?

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Leader, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, team leadership, and strategic influence combined with a strong understanding of critical finance systems such as ESG, External Reporting & Consolidation and Financial Planning. Specifically you bring:

  • Proven experience in Product Leadership and/or Finance Systems & Process.
  • Expert knowledge of Finance Systems and business architecture for data and performance management/reporting systems.
  • Proven change management experience with senior leaders to drive process and technology changes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering multi-year digital projects within global matrixed Finance Organizations.
  • Hands-on approach, focusing on customer outcomes and coaching product teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of obtaining executive sponsorship and managing digital transformation transitions.

Nice to Have:

  • Engineering degree with financial experience or Finance degree with technical experience
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, MBA preferred)
