Join our dynamic team as a Portfolio Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our Engineering & Quality strategic project portfolio!

Core Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Data Management & Analysis: Collect, structure, maintain and evaluate comprehensive data on the project portfolio, including resources, budgets, risks, benefits, delivery performance and others. Support scenario analysis and prioritization models, e.g. project intake process

  • Performance Tracking: Develop, maintain and continuously improve project portfolio performance dashboards and reporting tools to track key portfolio metrics and enable data-driven decisions.

  • Decision Support: Create clear, concise decision-making materials with compelling narratives tailored to senior management, enabling well-informed decisions. Communicate complex topics in a simple, easily understandable manner.

  • Operational & Strategic Support: Take ownership of ad-hoc portfolio analysis, reporting, and other operational tasks where needed. Identify and proactively drive opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Governance & Decision Framework: Support and enforce governance structures, decision-making processes, and portfolio management standards that ensure accountability, consistency, and transparency.

You will join the Engineering & Quality Strategic Projects & Portfolio Management team in Billund. We lead a diverse and ambitious portfolio of strategic, multi-functional initiatives focused on sustainability, innovation, and the development of new technologies and play experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

To be successful in this role you have proven experience from similar role and bring strong analytical skills, proficiency developing and data analysis tools and methods. But most importantly you bring curiosity; you learn quickly and are comfortable picking up new skills on the job, adapting to new challenges, and applying this in new contexts. Moreover, you have:

  • Excellent communication and the ability to present complex findings clearly

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience in working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive mentality, you are comfortable taking initiative, seeking out meaningful tasks when needed, and identifying areas where you can support the team and add value

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
