Job Description
Join our team as an Optimization Specialist, where you will apply your expertise in engineering and Operations Research to drive innovative solutions and enhance production efficiency!
Please note that relocation support is not offered for this role.
Provide the engineering and operations organization with a solid foundation for decisions and actions to optimize production.
Identify and develop efficient solutions for a wide array of manufacturing-related use cases.
Develop and maintain mathematical models for manufacturing optimisation.
Apply Operations Research disciplines to improve and refine optimization models.
You will be responsible for taking digital modelling and discrete simulation to the next level.
You will be part of the team in the LEGO Group that is defining and implementing the strategy for advanced simulation and digital models to support production optimisation. By playing, learning fast, and failing fast as a team, you will join a group of passionate people dedicated to supporting our operations and bringing play and experience to children and adults across the world.
