Based on our Copenhagen office this role supports the wider Global Media Activation function and is critical in establishing how paid media data can drive commercial success.

Global Media Analytics – Build new analytical paid media solutions, ensuring alignment with marketing, and business objectives to deliver business impact.
Paid Media Metrics that matters – Apply a scientific approach to understand how paid media drives business outcomes.
Data Governance – Help define standards to uplift our paid media data offering and change how media is used in the organisation (a critical element of this job).
Connecting tech and business - Ensure the team has the right data foundation to succeed in close partnership with the digital enablement teams.
Partner & Executive Influence – Be the technical performance expert partnering with our digital organisation, global reporting teams, and external partners to align and improve analytics capabilities.

We are looking for someone who is creative and willing to challenge the status quo of paid media analytics to build a new foundation for how we evaluate the effectiveness of our paid media campaigns. This position is essential for driving better business outcomes through a scientific approach to performance and measurement.
Serving as a key player in the Global Paid Media Performance Analytics team bringing in-depth analytical thinking experience partnered with a commercial approach, this position offers the opportunity to make a difference.
