Core Responsibilities

Overall, you will play an important role on the LEGO® Star Wars™ Marketing Team, driving business analyses and supporting campaign development. You will lead key workstreams, including:

  • Monitor and analyze business performance and uncover the most relevant insights for the franchise and its products.

  • Be a guardian of relevant experiences across the portfolio and secure execution of visual identity in all marketing assets and channels (LEGO.com, eComm assets, Publishing, etc.)

  • Collaborate with IP Partners to deploy joint marketing plans and ensure strong brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Drive franchise selling-in process, including development of informative and inspirational materials for Markets & Channels deployment

  • Collaborate with the design team to continually improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) for our products

  • Drive marketing activations within the LEGO® ecosystem as well as partner channels.

  • May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from marketing leads.

  • Take initiative and confidently handle tasks using your knowledge, even when guidance is minimal.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in marketing, brand management, or related field

  • Proven ability to work effectively on an internationally distributed team across various time zones

  • Enthusiastic about representing the LEGO brand and collaborating with IP Partners

  • Strong project management skills with cross-functional collaboration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging internal and external partners

  • Analytical approach with experience in data-driven decision-making

  • Passion for working with IP and licensing partners

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong presentation skills, for engaging diverse audiences

  • Collaborative teammate who values transparency and trust
