Join The LEGO Group as our Marketing Manager and bring the LEGO® digital product suite to life through world-class campaigns!
You’ll drive acquisition and engagement across our kids’ digital experiences such as the LEGO Play app, kids.LEGO.com, and LEGO Insiders Club. You’ll lead the execution of key marketing moments across digital and physical channels. Collaborating with top creative and media agencies, as well as marketing teams worldwide, you'll craft and deploy high-impact campaigns that captivate young LEGO fans!
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. No relocation support is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Develop the kids' engagement marketing plan to drive kids into our ecosystem and digital experiences by encouraging them to engage with our franchises and become LEGO Insiders Club members.
Serve as the LEGO Insiders Club brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and critical messaging.
Lead key exceptional campaigns from brief development to execution, building standout creative and flawless user journeys.
Collaborate with LEGO Global Franchise and Our LEGO Agency® (OLA) to integrate campaigns into the digital ecosystem.
Partner with Analytics and Acquisition Leads to optimize user acquisition and inform marketing plans.

Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) enables the LEGO Group to have two-way, direct and meaningful relationships with consumers of all ages. For kids, we are focused on channels such as the LEGO Play app, kids.LEGO.com, and LEGO Insiders Club. With the aim of driving development in our digital experiences and encouraging membership and engagement.
DCE collaborates with teams across the LEGO group such as Product Groups, Market and Channels to develop effective campaign activations and drive channel growth.
Do you have what it takes?
Experienced marketeer with a proven ability to develop, communicate and implement a marketing strategy across multiple touch-points; including brand strategy execution, visual identity implementation, and digital marketing.
Expertise in curating media strategies and driving media campaigns for marketing initiatives to develop user acquisition.
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and digital user behaviour patterns.
Data-driven and insights-based decision making with strong analytical capabilities.
Demonstrated success navigating matrix organisations and managing complex partner networks.
Exceptional storyteller and communicator who influences various partners across all seniority levels.
Strong creative judgement with ability to evaluate and enhance creative concepts effectively.
