As an expert Media Operations Manager, you will play a key role in designing new media processes, deploying new ad tech, supporting our change to a global in-house function, and ensuring high-impact campaigns deliver brand growth and measurable outcomes. The team is at the forefront of shaping how the company connects with kids, parents, and fans through extraordinary digital advertising, and is needed in developing our advertising excellence. It is pivotal in bringing that vision to life, acting as the go-to expert to help build and evolve the Media Operations function to drive smarter, more connected, and more effective media across the world. You will bring a strategic approach, cross-functional leadership, and media expertise to help shape our approach in a fast-evolving digital world.
Supporting our LEGO media and integrating global strategy directly contributes to optimising media spend, enhancing campaign effectiveness, and building robust internal processes that will define our digital effectiveness in the future.
