The role is based on our Billund HQ. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
20% Travel required in this role.
We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to drive sustainable B2B growth across LEGO® Education’s reseller channel in Eastern and Southern Europe (including Poland, Italy, Greece and other selected markets). This role combines strong commercial ownership, relationship leadership, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Channel Growth & Account Development :Own and grow a portfolio of dedicated B2B resellers (EU East & South).
Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Proactively identify market growth opportunities.
Lead and actively manage the reseller forecasting, demand planning, sales reporting, marketing planning and pipeline of strategic opportunities.
Monitor reseller business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Contribute to regional strategy development through market feedback, insights, and channel intelligence.
Translate local market insights into recommendations for portfolio focus, go-to-market and sales-enablement initiatives.

The LEGO Education International team manages the go-to-market strategy for our learning solutions, content, and training, executing commercial, marketing, and operational frameworks with resellers while building strong market ecosystems.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in B2B key account or sales management, ideally within a reseller/distributor go-to-market model.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and identifying new growth opportunities.
Experience managing complex sales cycles, ideally including institutional or government-driven tender processes.
Solid operational capabilities including forecasting, demand planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels.
Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English; Polish or Italian (C1 level) would be a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
