You will support us in delivering data-driven, high-impact digital media campaigns that connect the LEGO Group with millions of fans within your designated market area.

Core Responsibilities

Assist in driving and achieving the LEGO Group’s key initiatives through Paid Social. Align efforts with brand, marketing, and business goals across channels and teams. Including fostering a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to media planning and buying that drives both long-term brand equity and short-term performance.

Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as Lego Retail’s subject matter expert for paid social, engaging with leadership. Brand Managers, key collaborators, and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.

Investment Stewardship & Governance - ensure global standard are followed and met, delivering the strongest return the for the LEGO Groups

Innovation, Tech & Ecosystem Strategy - Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and platforms (e.g., AI, retail media, cookie deprecation) to future-proof our digital media strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience or a strong interest in running paid social performance campaigns across major platforms, including YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Hands on keyboard experience in digital and Paid social media.
  • Knowledge/ Understanding of the global media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/regulatory environment. Ideally a proven record of campaign deployment.
  • Experience/ Interest across key tools like Meta business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Google Ads/DV360.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence key collaborators and encourage cross-functional teams.
  • A dedication to hardworking, ethical marketing in line with the LEGO Group’s values and mission.
  • English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.
  • Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)
