Job Description
The LEGO Group is looking for an IT Engineer to join our Hire To Retire product team responsible for our core HCM platform.

System Configuration & Customization – Configure and develop changes in Workday to support the LEGO Group in our core HR processes
Testing & UAT – Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business needs
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution – Tackle and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption
Documentation - Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance
Collaboration – Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Product Manager, Competency Leads and partners), and contribute to engineering best practices
Stay Updated - Be active in internal and external communities (e.g. Workday community) to get recommendations to problem solving and to understand future possibilities and features
As an IT Engineer you will be part of the Hire to Retire product team. Our vison is to provide a simple and engaging way to manage employee journeys and moments that matter (along the hire to retire spectrum).
Working closely with your product team and business colleagues, you will contribute to this vision by delivering, optimising, and maintaining configurations within our primary HR application, Workday.
Demonstrable experience within HCM configuration and development
A strong, keen interest in core HR, benefits, and compensation, with an end-to-end understanding of the full employee lifecycle
Systematic approach – high on structure and detail
Proactive and solution-focused
Great teammate and thrives with agile ways of working
Interest in security administration
Understanding of how employee documents are structured, stored and managed across an organization
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
