Job Description
This is your opportunity to join the LEGO Group as part of our B2B Branded Channels team. You will lead the B2B Branded Channels expansion agenda across LEGO Certified Stores (LCS), stores in LEGOLAND Parks and Discovery Centres, and Travel Retail. As a key member of the B2B Branded Channels Leadership Team, you will also lead and develop a team of three.
Your mandate is to expand our B2B Branded Channels sustainably, profitably, and strategically, driving consumer sales growth for the channel worldwide. You will balance short- and long-term priorities and apply a strong analytical approach to enable fact-based discussions and decision-making with commercial leaders!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Own the Global Expansion Agenda - Lead end-to-end expansion across LEGO Certified Stores, LEGOLAND Parks and Discovery Centers, Stores, and Travel Retail, defining the right locations and formats to drive sustainable and profitable consumer sales growth.
Drive and govern Business Case process - Operate, lead and elevate the forum for all new B2B Branded Channels store business case decisions, with the ability to make clear decisions in complex environment based on data, insights, local and regional nuances, and global guidelines and brand consistency
Drive Strategic Location Planning - Represent the B2B Branded Channels in global location planning work, shifting from reactive partner-led opportunities to proactive, insight-led estate portfolio development aligned with long-term strategy.
Influence Senior Stakeholders Globally - Secure full or majority alignment with senior leaders (GM/(S)VP level), acting as the coherent global voice of the B2B Branded Channels expansion agenda and driving fact-based decision-making.
Own Top Global Travel Retail Partnerships - Lead and shape key global Travel Retail partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined expansion, and commercial impact.
Lead & Develop a High-Impact Team - Lead and elevate a team of three, fostering strong followership, coaching capability and embedding a data-driven, decisive culture.
Do you have what it takes
Retail / Franchise Expansion Expertise – Strong background in retail or franchise business management, with deep experience leading expansion within CPG and branded retail environments.
Decisive, Insight-Led Decision Maker – Cut through noise and ambiguity, making clear, data-driven decisions with confidence.
Business Case & Location Strategy Excellence – Proven ability to rigorously assess store business cases, ensuring the right stores open in the right locations to create mutual value for the LEGO Group and its partners.
Senior Stakeholder Influence – Highly effective communicator, able to structure compelling narratives and executive-ready materials to drive alignment and buy-in.
Commercial Mindset – Thrives in a sales-focused commercial organisation, balancing growth ambition with profitability and long-term value creation.
People Leadership & Inclusion – Proven leader who elevates team capability, champions diversity & inclusion, and constructively challenges the status quo.
Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
