Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. Relocation support is NOT offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Graphic Project Management Excellence: Leverage strong project management and collaboration skills to deliver projects on time, ensuring quality in both creativity and compliance.
Key Achievement Alignment: Establish frameworks and plan key achievements, ensuring alignment with partners and stakeholders from start to final delivery.
Project Plan Optimization: Continuously optimize project plans to ensure they remain aligned with current realities and changing conditions.
Framework & Workflow: Ensure all prerequisites for creative work are in place such as briefs, assets, models and resources. Proactively remove roadblocks to secure a smooth workflow throughout the project.
Informal Leadership: Go-to person with a strong understanding of team performance and skill utilization. Maintain daily awareness to guide effective prioritization of tasks.
Facilitation: Lead meetings, presentations, and workshops to foster collaboration and support decision-making.
Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with both internal / external partners and stakeholders to secure alignment.

The Producer team at Our LEGO® Agency (OLA), plays a vital role in bringing over 500+ packaging novelty designs to life each year for the LEGO Group.
With our deep understanding of the creative and graphic process, combined with strong project management and collaboration skills, we ensure a seamless process and timely delivery, maintaining both creative quality and being in compliance.
As a producer in our creative setup in OLA, you're at the very heart of The LEGO Group, driving packaging and product communication that resonates globally.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that each project reflects our creative vision, making a real difference by bringing joy, play and imagination to children, adults and fans around the world!
Do you have what it takes?
Consistent track record in project management within the creative industry.
Familiarity with the creative workflow and graphic design.
Primary point of contact for creative team and partners, providing guidance and direction
Efficiently meets deadlines while working simultaneously on projects.
Implements clear and effective communication across all levels.
Skilled in building relationships and managing expectations for all parties.
Driven with a "can-do" attitude, overcoming challenges with adaptability.
A true team player, connecting and unifying the team, who successfully creates a collaborative atmosphere within diverse teams.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Nice to have
Packaging development experience.
Basic knowledge: Adobe and Workfront.
