Core Responsibilities
In this exciting new role within our Global Brand Development team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our global culture marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the development and execution of the global culture marketing strategy across brand, product, communication, and key channels.
Lead cross-functional projects that activate culture (music, fashion, sports, art/design, etc.) through global partnerships, experiences, and storytelling, translating strategic direction into impactful programs.
Identify, evaluate, and integrate cultural leaders, partners and talent that enhance cultural relevance and align with brand values.
Develop engaging presentations to bring creative and strategic concepts to life, fostering collaboration and connection with senior stakeholders and partner teams.
Collaborate with internal partners across licensing, partnerships, markets, and channels to drive cohesive and high-impact brand activations.
Manage multiple workstreams and timelines, ensuring clarity and collaboration while defining success metrics to measure cultural and business impact.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our team's success by supporting the development and execution of our global culture marketing strategy across various domains, including brand, product, communication, and key channels. You will lead cross-functional projects that activate culture through strategic partnerships, immersive experiences, and compelling storytelling, effectively translating our strategic direction into tangible programs that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, or lifestyle/culture (music, fashion, sports, art/design, etc). marketing roles.
Deep understanding of celebrity, talent, and influencer integration within marketing strategies and campaigns.
Proven experience in activating brands through cultural partnerships, creator collaborations, experiential events, or entertainment platforms.
Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with comfort in developing decks and pitching ideas to senior partners.
Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, commercial, and regional teams.
