Our Billund Moulding and Qualifying team is a dedicated team of senior leaders, operating innovative moulding machines, producing LEGO® bricks at incredibly high levels of efficiency and quality.
The Executive Assistant enables the VP of Manufacturing to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities by providing proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, supporting team activities, and anticipating needs, whilst helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient execution of business priorities.
Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidates have extensive experience as a Personal Assistant. They come with proven experience with independently managing time, prioritise conflicting demands, and navigate shifting priorities with flexibility, structure, and a sharp attention to detail.
