Digital Technology is a globally distributed organisation that is responsible for developing and maintaining all of the technology within the LEGO Group.

Digital Platforms & Infrastructure which is one of nine departments within Digital Technology, is an organisation of about 350 people

.

You will be part of a team that is fast-paced and connected to some of the most exciting outcomes that the LEGO Group is working on today.

Core Responsibilities:

You will work with the VP of Digital Platforms & Infrastructure (DPI) and support the VP in their role leading this global department:

  • Coordinating the VP’s calendar across multiple time zones considerately; including 12-month schedule planning for direct report 1:1s, corporate, team and project meetings.

  • Arranging multiple global travel arrangements, agendas, entry requirements and management of expenses claims.

  • Crafting your role by observing meeting discussions and coming up with value adding suggestions to improve collaboration and bring the LEGO Group culture to life.

  • Preparing agendas, arranging logistics, attending team meetings and maintaining action logs for; Leadership Team meetings, Department People Leader meetings and Global Department Townhalls.

  • Playing an active part in the DP&I Leadership Team.

  • Supervising timelines including Finance and HR activity to ensure timely action by the leadership team.

  • Raising purchase orders and clearing invoices for the VP.

  • Collaborating closely with other executive assistants in multiple time zones to arrange meetings with senior partners with conflicting diaries

  • Coordinate and support communication and engagement activities across DP&I and DT

Do you have what it takes?

You are proactive, work independently and get things done with an “only the best is good enough” perspective.

  • Experienced within Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook. Experience using Miro Boards is beneficial but not required.

  • Experience planning and delivering meetings and events.

  • Proven track record to independently plan and lead your own work.

  • Consistent track record of producing results and completing tasks within a given timeframe.

  • Strong bias to action and proactive approach to getting things done swiftly and being curious to explore and learn new things.

  • Caring to seek projects outside normal EA scope.

  • Collaboration skills on team and senior level.

  • Superb communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with at all levels.

  • Having worked in an agile organisation is beneficial.
