Job Description

In this role, you will provide dedicated support to leaders within our Packing R&D organization — a fast-paced environment where innovation and new ideas come to life. You will ensure smooth daily operations while also supporting selected team projects and initiatives!

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two leaders of our Packing & Packaging R&D, including calendar management, meetings coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Prepare documents, presentations, correspondence, and maintain key contact lists
  • Support preparation and organization of meetings, workshops, and team events
  • Attend project and team meetings, capture notes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with project coordination, including maintaining project plans and action logs
  • Support day-to-day team operations and handle additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 2 years (until the end of 2027). The position is located in Billund and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Packing & Packaging R&D area is responsible for Novelty introduction to the Packing sites, and introducing new Packing Technology, as well as maintaining the current Technology Platforms.

The two specific areas within Packing & Packaging R&D supported by this position are Next Generation Pre-Pack and Greenfield Automation. Here we are the front runners in developing new Packing Technology and our goal is to introduce the new Packing Concepts.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience providing administrative support to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized and resilient in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • High level of service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience supporting projects or managing specific project-related tasks
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in English, Danish is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute actively to a collaborative team environment

What would be an advantage:

  • Experience preparing professional presentation materials
  • Previous involvement in projects within engineering
