Apply your proven skills in engineering manufacturing equipment to aid in the development and deployment of machinery for decoration and assembly of LEGO® elements.

As the Equipment Manager in this specialist position, you will be Technical Lead on the conceptual work and design scope of Processing Equipment Solutions from early research phase to first Equipment Solutions implementation, working with the project team and partners to achieve project success. Your tasks include:
Join the Platform Development team in R&D Processing, where we are developing and implementing new Processing Equipment Solutions for Decoration and Assembly to boost our competitive edge in the toy industry.
We are a team of 8 colleagues: 2 Project Managers, 3 Equipment Managers, and 3 Senior Equipment Engineers. We value an environment where we think BIG, start small, and implement with speed.
