Core Responsibilities
Play your part in our team succeeding
The Creator & AFOL Technology department is responsible for delivering a broad set of experiences and tools supporting both our internal product design processes as well as our consumer-facing experiences for kids and adult fans of LEGO (AFOLs).
As director of engineering in LEGO Builder, you will lead and grow high-performing product teams who develop and operate the LEGO Builder app (16m+ yearly active users), drive technical excellence and partner cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, marketing & LEGO Building Experience to deliver joyful, safe and high-quality solutions.
