We are embarking on an exciting journey to revolutionize our manufacturing processes, here is a chance to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the equipment development and startup process, based on Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) principles!

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and institutionalize the global standard for new equipment introductions, shaping governance and compliance processes.

  • Drive organizational adoption by coaching and influencing cross-regional teams, embedding new ways of working into operations.

  • Act as Global process owner, directing subject matter experts and engineers to adhere to technical standards and procedures.

  • Collaborate proactively with engineering, operations, and program leadership to ensure compliance with the startup management standard.

  • Lead and influence projects that define future factory standards and operational readiness across global network.

  • Evaluate technical maturity and risk across new technologies, safeguarding timelines and investments.

  • Embed continuous improvement and Lean principles to accelerate ramp-up and stabilize operations.

The Startup Management process plays a critical role in enabling future manufacturing strategy. By embedding the best global equipment development practices (e.g. CQV) and setting one global standard, this role ensures that new technologies and technical assets are deployed effectively across our factory network.

Your leadership will be crucial in setting the standard for future factories, influencing how we deploy technology and assets globally. Collaborate with diverse teams to shape governance, build capabilities, and deliver world-class startup performance.

Do You Have What It Takes?

The ideal candidate comes with large and complex programs, acting as a key player in shaping governance and driving operational readiness. They bring strong end-to-end value chain understanding and the ability to embed new processes across diverse regions.

  • Proven experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) within complex manufacturing environments.

  • Track record of leading large-scale industrial or automation startups and technology deployments and understanding of end-to-end operations and value chains.

  • Ability to influence and coach cross-regional teams, embedding new standards and ways of working.

  • Deep experience in technology ramp-up and operational readiness.

  • Outstanding stakeholder leadership across global functions and local operations.

  • Advanced English communication skills and leadership presence.

  • Experience with multi-site ramp-ups or new factory launches and familiarity with Lean, Design for Manufacturing (DfM), and continuous improvement frameworks is an advantage.
