Our Insight Partners support a broad range of critical HR portfolios, including Talent Acquisition, Strategic Workforce Planning, Workplace Experience, Rewards, Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion. This role sits within our Employee Engagement Analytics (EEA) part of the team, where we design, execute, and analyze a wide range of employee surveys and research topics to help strengthen the LEGO Group colleague experience. Our team is based across two locations: Denmark and London.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We are looking for a thought leader who blends academic depth with real-world impact, an educational background (Master’s required; PhD strongly preferred) in Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Science or a related field combined with extensive experience in people analytics, employee engagement, or organizational research, with proven impact at a senior leadership level. In addition, we expect that you bring:

  • Expertise in survey methodology, psychometrics, and applied statistical techniques (regression, multilevel modelling, structural equation modelling, text analytics, predictive models).

  • Demonstrated ability to translate rigorous research into practical, actionable insights for executive decision-makers.

  • Experience designing and leading large-scale employee engagement and organizational culture programs in a global environment.

  • Strong skills in data visualization and insight communication (experience with tools such as R, Python, Qualtrics, Tableau, or Power BI).

  • A track record of publishing or presenting research in relevant professional or academic forums is a plus.

  • Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
