Student Worker Opportunities – H1 2026 (Billund) 

In the first half of 2026, we are excited to welcome a new student worker within digital product design 

Digital Product Design Student Worker 

  • We're looking for someone interested in enterprise complexity, work tools, manufacturing, and processes, with a research-first mindset. Flexibility to handle both small visual tasks and deeper domain investigations is essential, as is openness to connect with colleagues outside your familiar circle. 

  • Experience with Figma, UI principles, and strong visual communication skills are advantageous. 

  • Tasks include note-taking during user interviews, consolidating observations, supporting workshop planning and facilitation, and handling small UI tasks. 

We’re looking for students who: 

  • Are currently enrolled in Denmark in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Erhvervsakademi (professional academy) program in fields related to digital product design. 

  • Graduating summer 2028 or beyond, having at least 2 years left of studies 

  • Are curious and willing to learn, with a positive, team-player attitude. 

  • Can be present 15–20 hours per week, ideally with 1–2 days at our LEGO Campus in Billund. 

  • Are passionate about digital technology and eager to contribute to real projects.

The application portal will remain open from 27 March to 10 April 2026, but may be closed earlier. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend our Assessment Day on 8 May 2026 at our LEGO Campus in Billund. Following the Assessment Day, there will be one final interview round. The expected start date for successful candidates is either 1 July or 1 August 2026.
