Key Focus Areas

  • Create and share detailed schedules for promotional content across LEGO.com, while conducting A/B testing to optimize the customer journey - touch points include Sitewide banner, Terms & Conditions page and the Free Delivery page
  • Own the continuous improvement of Gift with Purchase Product Detail Pages to optimize shopper engagement and the overall shopper journey
  • Support the Digital Promotions Content Manager in executing digital content for key campaigns including May the 4th, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, as well as during high volume promotional periods
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of promotional content execution on LEGO.com, regularly conducting live site checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across shopper journeys
  • Coordinate and ensure all promotional content requirements from the Our LEGO Agency Commercial team are accurately delivered and on time
  • Work closely with the Promotions team to stay on top of latest updates, timelines and details of upcoming promotions
  • Support the execution of on demand promotional changes, such as reactivations or extensions, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
  • Perform basic content updates in the CMS, particularly during periods when content management agency support is unavailable or limited
  • Maintain a backlog and track the progress of requests related to promotional materials directed to various product teams
  • Assist with non-promotion specific tasks relevant to the team, such as planning and executing communications around last order dates for key seasonal events

Do you have what it takes?

  • Ecommerce experience preferably in a global, direct to consumer environment.
  • Shown experience with digital content management.
  • Experience with content management and promotion engine platforms like ContentStack and Talon.One preferred.
  • An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles, address problems and deliver results with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Shown data driven, user centric approach to content strategy and performance; solid understanding of ecommerce analytics and tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the shopping journey, and enthusiasm for exceeding shopper expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient use of MS Office 365 tools and platforms.
  • English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.
  • Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)
