Core Responsibilities
The Textile Design Team at LEGO drives the development of innovative, high-quality materials and elements in fabric and foil, that bring play experiences to life. As a Textile Platform Lead, you connect Design, Engineering, Platform & Sustainability, and suppliers, coordinating cross-functional projects, translating creative ideas into actionable plans, and optimizing workflows. By ensuring timely delivery, alignment, and compliance, you help LEGO deliver inspiring solutions while supporting the broader organization’s innovation and operational excellence.
