Own demand planning for a defined subset of the LEGO portfolio, delivering item-level forecasts for consumer sales and shipments to ensure optimal availability.
Build and manage weekly demand plans using the o9 planning system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across cycles.
Consolidate and roll up demand plans for submission, balancing actual sales performance with forward-looking changes and assumptions.
Analyse demand drivers and plan performance, with a strong focus on improving Item Mix Error through insight-led adjustments.
Collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues, presenting insights and aligning on a shared, item-level demand plan across regions.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to reporting, monthly planning cycles, and the adoption of new tools and planning capabilities.
Do you have what it takes
Demand Forecasting & Planning Expertise - Strong ability to build and manage item-level demand forecasts, balancing historical data, trends, and forward-looking assumptions to ensure optimal product availability.

Planning Systems & Process Fluency - Experience working within structured planning cycles and tools, with the ability to leverage systems like o9 to manage weekly plans, scenario changes, and roll-ups effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence - Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions, aligning with sales, supply, and planning teams to create a single, shared demand plan through clear communication and data storytelling.
Continuous Improvement & Change Mindset - Comfortable operating in evolving environments, contributing to new tools, processes, and ways of working to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
