Core Responsibilities 

  • The Content Operations Lead works on the administrative, operational and process side of content production & publishing 

  • Relationship Management of publishing and translation partners for all DCE non-campaign related tasks for kids and grown-ups audiences 

  • Tracking Budgets and securing quotes for publishing & translation tasks 

  • QA of publishing work 

  • Management of IP approvals for non-campaign related publishing 

  • Being the DCE representative in the weekly promotion planning call 

  • Management of day-to-day issues such as missing assets or information 

  • Data maintenance of publishing information in toolbox 

  • Support the data visualization toolset creation and maintenance to allow for better data-led decision making 

  • Ensuring all partners are advised of publishing delays etc.

The Editorial and Content team is responsible for crafting, running, and marketing experiences that provide inspirational experiences to LEGO fans of all ages, across all touch points – and with this role focused on kids and tweens as the primary target audience, child safety at the core of everything we do. These experiences are essential to the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in meaningful ways which builds deeper consumer engagement and improves consumer lifetime value. 

We want to be at the forefront of digital kids experiences in the world, and we have a strong portfolio that keeps evolving to ensure this. The phenomenal LEGO content plays a key role on our platforms and in this role, you will play a key part in making our experiences incredible for our consumers all over the world. 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Experience of working in a digital content team is essential 

  • Extremely organized and enthusiastic about process optimization and data-driven decision making 

  • Willingness to take the initiative with a solution-oriented approach and an aim to provide amazing consumer experiences 

  • A collaborative and adaptable standout colleague that functions well in a fast-paced changing environment and a global team 

  • Partner management skills and readiness to engage and contribute 

  • Great communication skills
