Core Responsibilities

As a Business and Training Partner within our confidentiality team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives. Your responsibilities are structured into the following areas:


Trainings and Communications

  • Collaborate with the Partnering Director to develop an annual communication plan.

  • Create training and communication materials, including eLearning modules and audience-specific documents.

  • Work with Corporate Communications and business sponsors to ensure impactful and timely delivery of materials.

  • Oversee mandatory training rollouts and follow up on completion.

Onboarding Support & Administration

  • Facilitate global onboarding sessions and assist the Partnering Director in engagement sessions.

  • Manage and maintain the Confidentiality SharePoint site and internal folders with relevant documents.

  • Assist with broader administrative tasks within the Confidentiality team.

Access Management & General Collaboration

  • Support the team in managing access controls and approvals.

  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Learning, HR, and other central business functions as needed.

Led by the Confidentiality Officer, the Confidentiality Team consists of 9 members focused on safeguarding critical, commercially sensitive information and assets. This team protects our Intellectual Properties (IPs), new launches, and the LEGO® brand, as leaks before product reveals can pose significant business risks, disrupt marketing, and give competitors an advantage.


Do you have what it takes?

We seek an adaptable and focused and proactive individual with keen attention to detail and initiative in identifying training needs. Your expertise will be supported by the following:


Education and Experience

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Creative Writing, Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or Human Resources is preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are beneficial.

  • Experience in corporate learning programs and eLearning development, with a focus on creating engaging communication materials and managing training projects.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external learning partners.


Skills and Competencies

  • Expertise in designing learning materials for diverse audiences, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills for partner engagement.

  • Proficient in project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality, along with organizational skills for managing SharePoint and digital tools.

  • Ability to assess training needs analytically, address rollout issues, manage access controls, and work effectively across departments.

  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, SharePoint, and other digital communication tools, with an understanding of global cultural differences.
