Join The LEGO Group® as an Associate Producer and play a crucial role in Our LEGO® Agency's (OLA) internal film studio. You’ll drive and manage content productions, owning the process from pre-production through shooting, post-production, and delivery. Collaborating with a globally dispersed team, you'll create impactful content that aligns with business needs, developing and delivering communication strategies across various channels. Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. There is no relocation support offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Manage team capacity, coordinate and act as the primary contact for new projects, assembling teams and supporting other producers and crew.
Leverage social content expertise to connect OLA Film Studio with the broader organization.
Lead product and brand content productions from briefing to delivery while keeping partners advised throughout production.
Be responsible for project deliverables with clear documentation and end-to-end management.
Collaborate with Strategic, Creative, and Production teams to ensure impactful, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of social and content productions while enhancing collaboration within OLA.
Participate actively in productions as producer, 1st AD, Line Producer, or Production Coordinator as needed.
Assist the Sr. Creative Studio Manager by implementing proactive solutions and striving for higher quality.
Oversee individual projects with detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, and financial planning, including reviews with OLA counterparts and PMD LT.
Facilitate communication between OLA and external partners, including agencies and freelancers.
Build strong relationships with product/brand owners and OLA department heads.
Engage OLA Hubs to align regional needs with global strategy and amplify activations.

OLA is the internal creative agency at the LEGO Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global campaigns and content from the LEGO Group, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.
The ideal candidate is an organized strategic problem solver, with the innate ability to analyse details and help drive our product and brand-led experiences through informal leadership and effective collaboration. You are curious and brave and can challenge the status quo with out-of-the-box ideas that hit home for both children and adult audiences.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience within a Creative Agency/Production House
Demonstrable track record of successfully running multiple productions while building strong client relationships and producing outstanding creative content
Strong business writing skills with executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials
Strong facilitation of communication and collaboration between participants at all levels of the organization
High level of discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Knowledge of FrameIO is a plus)
Flexibility and additional hours may be required during peak production periods
Travel may be required
Nice to Have
Hands-on production experience in roles (Ex: 1st AD, Line Producer, or Production Manager)
Experience with presentations
Film Background and hands-on experience on short films or similar fiction/doc productions.
