Job Description

Please note: The position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not provided for this role. 

 
Core Responsibilities 

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team and partners to drive impactful campaigns and support product development. Your contributions will help shape the marketing strategy and enhance consumer experience. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to implement key product launch campaigns, working with LEGO Agency, Markets, and retail teams.  

  • Assist in developing product packaging briefs, ensuring alignment with LEGO Brand DNA and visual identity.  

  • Build compelling selling materials that highlight the strengths of the portfolio for market customer development.  

  • Analyze franchise performance and market dynamics to inform business planning.  

  • Gather and analyze data (e.g., NPS, Customer Service) to support product development discussions.

The Global Marketing department develops and handles the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.  

The Marketing function is responsible for identifying conceptual opportunities based on the overall marketing objectives and strategies and for developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market. This includes the development of packaging and campaign material as well as the marketing function is approving product and campaign execution.  


Do you have what it takes? 

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative individual who is passionate about marketing and has a strong understanding of working with diverse audiences. If you have a background in marketing and are eager to contribute to our team, we want to hear from you!  

  • Relevant experience in marketing and brand development, ideally with a focus on campaign execution. 

  • A passion for engaging with children and understanding their needs as a target audience.  

  • Experience in an international environment, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.  

  • Proficient in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to inform marketing strategies.  

  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel, complemented by proficiency across the entire Microsoft Office Suite. 

 
Nice to Have:  

  • Strong communication and partner management skills.  

  • Ability to work independently while being responsive and meticulous.  

  • Experience working with IP Partners &/or global brands across multiple industries. 

  • A collaborative approach that aligns with LEGO values and embraces diversity. 

  • Education in related field (Marketing, Business, etc.)
