Global Operations Strategy & Vision – Support the development and delivery of the LEGO Group’s global media operations strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business priorities. Help drive a data-led, consumer-centric approach that improves media efficiency and effectiveness across markets.
Investment Stewardship & Governance – Support all financial activities related to media, including budget tracking, spend reconciliation, and reporting. Partner with Finance and Global Media teams to ensure accountability, transparency, and value for investment.
Audit, Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and external audit requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks through strong governance and oversight.
Team Upskilling & Capability Building – Coach global and local teams on best practices and executional excellence. Fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning across internal and external partners.
Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as a trusted advisor on media finance operations topics, collaborating with regional and local marketing teams, business units, and external partners to drive alignment and support consistent execution.
The group responsible for Global Media Activation is at the forefront of crafting how the LEGO Group builds connections with kids, parents, and fans through world-class digital advertising. This newly formed team is crucial in developing the LEGO Group's advertising excellence. This role is pivotal in bringing that vision to life, acting as a go-to expert for media billing, invoicing and accruals. By supporting our LEGO media and finance teams, this position directly contributes to tracking media investment, managing billing to enable media activation, and building robust internal processes that will define the future of The Lego Group's digital effectiveness.
