With a worldwide setup and HQ in Billund, you’ll collaborate with talented partners in design, marketing, and strategy to deliver outstanding creative work — while playing a key role in strengthening creative quality and ambition.

As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll join 40+ creatives in the Concept & Campaign team in Our LEGO Agency. You’ll combine hands-on creative leadership with senior creative direction, leading campaigns at franchise level across the OESP ecosystem
Lead and direct global campaigns from early brief to final execution
Collaborate closely with strategy to shape clear, inspiring creative briefs that meet marketing objectives
Set strong creative vision across concept and design, ensuring work is fit-for-platform and best-in-class
Drive ideas from concept to playbook to final assets, with a sharp eye on craft and storytelling
Own creative reviews with key team members, external agencies, and vendors
Lead project teams creatively by guiding, challenging, and elevating the work through feedback and direction
Act as a creative sparring partner and mentor in the work - without formal people management responsibility
Champion digital and social creativity, tapping into culture and the current media landscape
Stay connected to the industry to continuously raise the creative bar
Strong experience leading integrated campaigns at a senior creative level
Proven ability to elevate creative work through direction, feedback, and high taste level
A sharp instinct for storytelling, design, and craft across platforms
Confidence presenting creative work and navigating key partner conversations
Experience leading production and approving final assets and vendors
A collaborative mentality and clear, inspiring communication in English
