Become our new business case expert, who will take part in developing and managing the global franchise product portfolios, all of which play their role in delivering innovative play experiences that grow the builders of tomorrow.

Core Responsibilities

As Associate Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class franchise business cases for the 2028 product portfolio. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop a strong foundation and understanding of the LEGO Group’s business and operations, by working closely with our design and marketing leads in supporting the business case development for exciting future product launches

  • Analyze and forecast sales performances, assess product profitability and assortment strength whilst reviewing the business in detail and holistically

  • Track business development for the franchises you support and understand how the forecast and profitability develop

  • Support ad-hoc business tasks for the Cross-Franchise Marketing team with analytic tasks analyzing across franchises, audiences, and age marks etc.

  • Take part in implementing a new system and onboard as well as train colleagues to the new system

  • Support maintenance of business case related tools and templates in Cross-Franchise Marketing


Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Cross-Franchise Marketing team based from our office in Billund. We are a dedicated team of 23 marketeers who work across various product lines. We ensure a streamlined approach and outstanding partnering with internal and external partners so that we deliver world class output in key marketing fields within business cases and core marketing asset deliverables. We have a strong team spirit and building expertise in the team is important for us and you will play a key role in this.


Do you have what it takes?

To thrive in this position, you like working in an encouraging and collaborative culture. You demonstrate personal impact and energy, proactivity, and strong communication skills. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics etc.

  • Proven experience in business-related positions

  • Flair and a good understanding of business development & business analytics 

  • Strong skills in Excel and/or SAP

  • Experience in managing partners

  • Proficiency in English written, verbal and presentation
