Are you passionate about turning data into powerful stories? Join us as our Analytics & Insights Visualization Lead, where you’ll shape how insights are designed, shared, and scaled across the CFO Organization — covering Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Business Services!
The role will be based in our Copenhagen Løvstræde Hub or Billund Campus. Please note there is no relocation budget for this position.
Core Responsibilities
As our A&I Visualization Lead, you’ll act as the global capability and product owner for visualization and reporting across the CFO Organization, working closely with a small team in our Business Services (BSO) organization who lead reporting and visualization development.
You will:
Define and govern visualization standards and best practices across CFO teams.
Own and prioritize the reporting and visualization backlog, aligning to the CFO A&I strategy.
Partner with BSO to improve reporting efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across Finance.
Establish ways of working securing enterprise reporting setup with central deployment
Support capability development within BSO, including input to hiring and upskilling.
Collaborate with CFO A&I Enablement to align data requirements and manage migration risks during platform transitions.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be part of the Corporate Finance Systems, Analytics & Insights team — driving consistency, automation, and quality in how the LEGO Group delivers reporting and insights.
This is a key role in building visualization excellence and enabling data-driven decision-making across the CFO organization. It enables a rapid response to grow and manage complex analytics demands while establishing repeatable, standardized processes for global Power BI and visualization needs.
Do you have what it takes?
We’re looking for a strong visualization and reporting leader who can bridge data, design, and decision-making. In addition, you have:
Proven experience in reporting, visualization, or BI product ownership.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, and reporting governance.
Ability to define standards and frameworks for global reporting solutions.
Experience working with shared services or CoE teams to deliver scalable reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data migration programs (e.g., SAP BW to Nexus/Databricks).
Familiarity with automation or advanced analytics for visualization.
