Recruitment Consultant

Your role will involve working on various aspects of talent acquisition, from identifying potential candidates to managing the recruitment process end-to-end. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand the specific needs of different departments and business areas, tailoring your approach to meet these requirements. In addition to talent acquisition, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with the company’s hiring goals.
