As our Senior Product Manager, Cobot Arms you’ll take the lead in driving the next generation of our robotic arm portfolio — the heart of our market-leading cobot platform.
You’ll report to the Senior Director Product Management and work side by side with our Cobot Controls and Motion Software PMs to ensure tight integration between hardware, controls, and software.

Preferred location for this job is in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the roadmap for both core arm development and industry-specific variants.
• Engage deeply with customers to understand challenges and opportunities in key verticals.
• Identify and prioritize features that deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market — on time, on budget, and on spec.
• Launch next-gen products and adaptations with a strong focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Track product success using customer feedback, performance metrics, and market data.
• Defining and owning the product strategy and long-term roadmap for our cobot arms.
• Leading the generational evolution of the arm portfolio, ensuring world-class performance.
• Driving adaptations tailored to regulated industries such as semiconductor, pharma, and food & beverages.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and our customers to launch impactful products that solve real-world problems.

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally within robotics, automation, or complex hardware systems.

• Experience with industry-specific product customization is a major plus.
• A strategic mindset grounded in customer needs, market data, and tech possibilities.
• A background in engineering or a strong grasp of technical products and development processes.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and their compliance landscapes.
• Strong leadership without direct authority — you're able to rally teams and stakeholders around a vision.
