Purpose of the role:
The Content Marketing Program Manager ensures that Templafy’s content strategy directly supports pipeline generation by combining content strategy ownership with content project management. This role aligns cross-team content needs with demand generation priorities and ensures the efficient (i) request (ii) delivery and (iii) activation of high-quality content assets.
Who will you be working with:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Program Manager for Demand Generation to join our marketing team at Templafy. You will join a friendly and proactive international marketing team of four, with three members based in Copenhagen and one in our NY office. The Manager, VP of Global Demand and Growth Marketing, is located in Copenhagen. You will operate as part of the Demand Generation team within the larger marketing team.
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Content Program Manager for Demand Generation to join our marketing team at Templafy. This role combines content strategy with content project management, ensuring that our content efforts are both impactful and efficiently executed. As the Marketing Content Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing the content calendar, coordinating content creation across multiple teams, and managing the processes that ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
You will act as the central liaison between the demand generation team, product marketing, and our creative team, ensuring that all content supports pipeline generation and aligns with our go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to translate content initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
