Job summary

Seeking two detail-oriented Technical Writers to join a Knowledge Management team in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused documentation, ensuring efficient project execution and quality across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Proven ability to create process maps, workflows, or visual documentation.
• Relevant academic degree in Technical Communication, Information Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Understanding of knowledge management principles and information architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Co-create procedures, technical documentation, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Review and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and align workflows.
• Organize and structure content according to established documentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with writing guides and quality standards.
• Enhance content discoverability through effective taxonomy and metadata.
