We are seeking a technical leader in Workforce Enablement to drive secure, scalable digital workplace solutions across Endpoints, Microsoft 365, Intune, and VDI platforms through automation and team leadership.

About the job

As Workforce Enablement Tech Lead, you will own the technical direction, standards, and evolution of TDC NET’s digital workplace services. You will be accountable for shaping and continuously improving endpoint, desktop, and collaboration platforms across physical devices and virtual environments. Acting as the bridge between infrastructure leadership and engineering teams, you will translate strategic direction into robust, scalable, and user-centric technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Own and continuously improve Workforce Enablement services aligned with enterprise infrastructure and digital workplace strategy
Define technical strategy, architecture, and standards across endpoints, desktops, and collaboration platforms
Lead delivery of secure desktop environments across physical laptops and VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, KASM) for Windows and Linux
Manage endpoint lifecycle, security, and compliance using Microsoft Intune, including applications and configuration policies
Optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange to enhance collaboration
Lead and mentor engineering teams to ensure reliable, user-focused service delivery

About you

You are motivated by transformation and change, and this you combine with:

Extensive experience in endpoint management and automation using Microsoft Intune and PowerShell
Practical experience with VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and KASM
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Understanding of endpoint security and compliance, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Zero Trust
Experience with Windows and Linux desktop environments in enterprise setups
Experience leading technical engineers and working with cross-functional IT teams
