About the Role 

 
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with a practical background in front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with effective organizational and project management skills to ensure high-quality outcomes and products are being delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. 

The Technical Delivery Manager will play a key role in working on optimizing delivery processes in our organization, by ensuring seamless collaboration between Product Management, Development, and other internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex front-end and back-end technical projects. 
• Collaborate with Development and Operation domains to maintain operational stability and reduce technical debt.
• Act as the key point of contact for technical deliveries and ensuring alignment with overall tech strategies and business goals.
• Maintain the technical roadmap together with development domain leaders and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery. 
• Host cross-domain alignment meetings and technical forums to ensure priorities are well understood and coordinated. 
• Facilitate refinement and planning meetings to enhance process optimization and implement best practices.
• Support release process by advising on timelines, go-live readiness, and governance of the release management process together with Operation domain. 
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, formulating preventive solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and practices within the development domain
• Ensure transparency in communication, project status, and technical delivery processes. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in front-end and/or back-end development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in tech-driven organizations, with proficiency in JIRA.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional projects, including product development, maintenance, and support.
• Skilled stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, and technical enablers.
• Skilled in technical roadmaps, system tracking, and performance management with advanced JIRA skills,
• A thorough understanding of delivery pipelines and release management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and software development processes.
• Proficient in problem-solving, experienced in translating complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
• A commitment to effectively executing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Highly skilled in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and making sound decisions amidst busy and changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in English.
• Candidate must currently reside in Denmark .
