About the job

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead and drive commercial development within the High-Speed team. As a Senior/Commercial Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing customer base retention programs for both coax and fiber technologies, driving and supporting cross-functional projects on customer experience, and ensuring effective management of TDC Net's customer base. By doing so, you will drive change and contribute to the development of our primary revenue stream.

This position reports to the Head of High-Speed and will work directly with senior members of the TDC Net organization, including the Senior Director of Commercial Management, VP of Sales, and other top executives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project ownership of customer and product-centric initiatives
High-speed customer base performance management
Executing detailed analysis of our coax and fiber customer base for retention program design and new products, supporting broader strategic agendas
Leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver commercial development projects

About you

We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional with a relevant master’s degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Finance, Natural Sciences (or other fields with relevant subsequent experience).

You bring:

Experience from major consulting firms or commercial roles in the industry
Extensive “consultancy toolbox”, including strong analytical skills, structure problem-solving approach, proficiency in PPT for communicating in-depth data analysis into simple and understandable slides
Solid business insights and the ability to identify and prioritize key value creation levers
Comfort in working in technical territories and eagerness to learn about processes within TDC Net
Proficiency in English is a requirement
